Terms & Conditions 2025
To ensure fair and transparent distribution of laptops, all participants must adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be officially registered as students in the IT PROGRAM.
- Applicants must have successfully completed at least one IT PROGRAM course and obtained the corresponding certificate of completion.
- Applicants must have a verified freelancing account or demonstrated intent to start freelancing in their respective fields.
Documentation Requirements
- Applicants must submit accurate and complete documentation, including proof of registration with IT PROGRAM, course completion certificates, and a valid government-issued ID (e.g., CNIC).
- All submitted documents will undergo a verification process. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will result in disqualification.
Application Process
- Applications must be submitted online through the official IT PROGRAM platform within the designated time period.
- Applicants are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Falsifying information will result in immediate disqualification.
Compliance & Responsibility
- Laptops awarded through the scheme are strictly for educational and professional skill development purposes.
- Recipients are responsible for maintaining their laptops. Damages due to misuse or negligence may result in penalties.
- If the laptop is no longer required or being used for its intended purpose, recipients must inform IT PROGRAM for proper reassessment.
Selection Process
- Applications will be assessed based on eligibility criteria, documentation accuracy, and the applicant’s performance in IT PROGRAM courses.
- Selected candidates will receive notifications via email or other official communication channels. Failure to respond within the specified time may lead to forfeiture of the award.
